Description General The VN5E006ASP-E is a single channel high-side Very low standby current driver manufactured using ST proprietary VIPower M0-5 technology and housed in 3.0 V CMOS compatible inputs PowerSO-10 package. The device is designed to Optimized electromagnetic emissions drive 12 V automotive grounded loads delivering Very low electromagnetic susceptibility protection, diagnostics. It also implements a 3 V Compliance with European directive and 5 V CMOS-compatible interface for use with 2002/95/EC any microcontroller. Very low current sense leakage The device integrates advanced protective Diagnostic functions functions such as load current limitation, inrush Proportional load current sense and overload active management by power High current sense precision for wide limitation, overtemperature shut-off with auto- currents range restart and overvoltage active clamp.
