VN800PS-E High-side driver Features Type R I V DS(on) OUT CC VN800PS-E 135 m 0.7A 36V ECOPACK : lead free and RoHS compliant Automotive Grade: compliance with AEC SO-8 guidelines Very low standby current CMOS compatible input Thermal shutdown protection and diagnosis Description Undervoltage shutdown The VN800PS-E is monolithic device made by Overvoltage clamp using STMicroelectronics VIPower M0-3 technology, intended for driving any kind of load Load current limitation with one side connected to ground. Reverse battery protection Active V pin voltage clamp protects the device CC Electrostatic discharge protection against low energy spikes. Active current limitation combined with thermal shutdown and automatic restart protect the device against overload. Device automatically turns off in case of ground pin disconnection. This device is especially suitable for industrial applications in norms conformity with IEC1131 (Programmable Controllers International Standard). Table 1.
