All types of resistive, inductive and capacitive loads Main Suitable as LED driver In-rush current active management by power limitation Very low standby current Description 3.0V CMOS compatible input The VND5025AK-E is a monolithic device made Optimized electromagnetic emission using STMicroelectronics VIPower M0-5 Very low electromagnetic susceptibility technology, intended for driving resistive or In compliance with the 2002/95/EC inductive loads with one side connected to European directive ground, and suitable for driving LEDs. Active V Package: ECOPACK CC pin voltage clamp protects the device against low Diagnostic functionsDoc ID 12581 energy spikes (see ISO7637 transient Proportional load current sense compatibility table). This device integrates an High current sense precision for wide range analog current sense which delivers a current currents proportional to the load current (according to a Current sense disable known ratio) when CS DIS is driven low or left Thermal shutdown indication open.
