The SM7015 is an 8-pin, surface mount, power distribution switch with a RoHS certification, manufactured by Sunmoon. This Power Management Integrated Circuit (PMIC) is in a small outline integrated circuit (SOIC) package with 150 mil (3.77 mm) pin spacing. It is a seamless switch, designed to protect and manage power loads from overvoltage, reverse leakage current, and overcurrent. The SM7015 also features overvoltage rate protection, Thermal Shutdown, Input Under-Voltage Protection, and Output Over-Voltage Protection. It is suitable for use in large and small mobile devices such as tablets, laptops, and smartphones.
