The VLS4012ET-150M is a voltage regulator diode from TDK. It is an ultra-low forward voltage regulator in an SMD (eSMP) package. The device is suitable for use in low voltage applications, especially automotive applications. It has a maximum forward voltage drop of 1.5V, a maximum operating current of 85mA, a surge current tolerance of 200mA, and a junction temperature of 175°C. The device is also RoHS compliant.
