The TLP187(E(T is a high-voltage transistor output optocoupler manufactured by Toshiba. It features a Darlington configuration with a high VCEO (collector-emitter voltage) of 300 volts and a current capability of 150 milliamps. It also provides 3750 volts of reinforced insulation. It is a through-hole package type and is available in either 4-pin or 6-pin packages. This optocoupler is a good choice for isolating low-voltage signals in high-voltage applications.
