The 8TQ100PBF is a part of the Vishay Semiconductor portfolio of MOSFET products. It is a low-on-resistance, 100V N-Channel MOSFET transistor. The device is designed for Power Management, Motor Control and Automotive applications. It features an 8A drain current at 100V drain to source voltage, and a maximum 2 x 10-3 O on-resistance RDS(on). The 8TQ100PBF is available in a TO-252 package and is UL recognized and RoHS compliant.
