The 8TQ100SPBF is a dual N-channel TrenchFET® Power MOSFET from Vishay. It is optimized for low on-resistance and low gate charge. It is designed using advanced trench technology and is suitable for use in a variety of DC-DC converters, hard-switched converters, free-wheeling and polarity protection circuits. It features an Rds(on) of 10 mO, a VGS(th) of 1.8 V and Ptot of 175 W. It is available in a TO-220 package with an operating temperature range of -55°C to 175°C.
