The Vishay SFH6106-3T is a single transistor output optocoupler phototransistor with a CTR (current transfer ratio) ranging from 100-200%. It is designed for use in data transmission and control systems, providing electrical isolation between two circuits, while allowing signal transmission between them. It has a built-in phototransistor, a transformer-coupled output, and an integrated power LED. The Phototransistor has high gain, fast response and excellent noise immunity. It offers superior line rise time and output feature to control noisy environments. The SFH6106-3T is designed for power supply, signal transmission and switching applications.
