Additional Infomation About Product

The Vishay U310-E3 is a fast recovery rectifier diode designed for power distribution and rectification applications. Featuring a low forward voltage drop and enhanced surge capability, it is suitable for use in frequency converters, AC/DC and DC/DC converters, and other low- to medium-power rectification applications. It is rated for a VAR of 800V, a VRRM of 800V, and a peak forward current of 8A. It has a fast recovery time of < 500ns, an IR of 14µA, and an average forward current of 1A. The diode is housed in a TO-220 package, making it perfect for the tight quarter-inch pitch of power supplies and other power circuits.
