The C3M0032120K is a 1.2kV 32mOHMs G3 SiC MOSFET manufactured by Wolfspeed. It is a gate-controlled silicon carbide (SiC) metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor (MOSFET) designed for switching power applications. The device is made up of three distinct layers of silicon carbide resulting in outstanding performance in high temperature, high frequency, and high voltage operating conditions. It also offers low switching losses, fast switching speeds, and wide voltage breakdown capability. This MOSFET can handle currents up to 30A and offers a maximum junction temperature rating of 175°C. Its high-frequency operation is enabled by a gate-drive input. This device is guaranteed to have a lifetime of up to 10,000 cycles.
