The DSK12 with Schottky Barrier Diodes (SBD) SOD-123FL RoHS manufactured by Yenji is a surface-mount device designed to protect both overvoltage and transient voltage spikes, as well as voltage transients. The device is made from gallium arsenide with a SOD-123FL package and is compliant with European Union RoHS regulations. The reverse breakdown voltage of the DSK12 is rated at 30V, and its maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage is 40V.
