The IRLML9301TR(UMW) is a RoHS compliant MOSFET (Metal–Oxide–Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistor) manufactured by Youtai. It is a surface mounted 3-pin device with a SOT-23 (Small Outline Transistor) package. It has low on-resistance, which makes it suitable for use in high frequency/ general purpose switching applications such as DC-DC converters, motor controllers, and load switches in consumer and industrial applications. It also features integrated protection, ESD protection, level shifters, and low-power logic.
