Additional Infomation About Product

semiconductors The AOB2500L is a integrated high voltage, low impedance controller and gate driver solution manufactured by Alpha & Omega semiconductors. It is designed to help drive ultra low voltage drop FETs used in phase-shifted full bridge applications. It operates with a supply voltage of 5.5V to 14V and is capable of controlling both N-channel and P-Channel FET switches with high anti-cross conduction capability up to 25A of peak current per switch. The AOB2500L also has an integrated Under Voltage Lockout (UVLO) feature, which can be used to protect the load from excessive voltage drops in case of a fast reverse voltage signal. It also has integrated precise protection features like thermal shutdown, short-circuit protection, and over-voltage protection for safety and usability.
