The AOD3N50 is a monolithic dual N-channel trench MOSFET power switch designed to minimize losses in power conversion circuits. This device is suitable for use in a wide range of devices, such as DC-DC converters, lighting control, motor control, and load switching applications. The AOD3N50 features low on-resistance, high speed and peak current capabilities, and low gate-source charge. In addition, it provides a wide range of temperature operation from -55 to 150 degrees Celsius. This device is manufactured using Alpha and Omega's proprietary trench process technology, enabling efficient, low-loss and cost-effective products.
