Semiconductor The AON6298 is a MOSFET produced by Alpha & Omega Semiconductor. It is a 30V N-Channel MOSFET with a max drain current of 4A. The device has a very low on-resistance of 13mohm, making it well suited for power applications where fast switching and low losses are important. It also has very low gate charge, as low as 4.8nC, and a maximum drain-to-source voltage of 30V, offering a wide range of potential applications. The AON6298 is also RoHS and Pb-Free compliant, making it an environmentally friendly choice. Taken together, the AON6298 is an excellent choice for applications such as DC-DC converters, motor control, and lighting power supplies.
