The AON6358 is an N-channel metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor (MOSFET) designed by Alpha & Omega semiconductor. The MOSFET has a unipolar conduction mode and a maximum voltage rating of 30V. It offers a continuous drain current of 67A at a maximum power dissipation of 19W and is housed in a DFN5x6 package.
