Additional Infomation About Product

The AON6792 is a voltage-mode P-channel metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor (MOSFET). It is manufactured on Alpha & Omega's AO925 advanced process technology, a 9.25-volt advanced process optimized for low gate charge, low on-state resistance, and fast switching. This device has a breakdown voltage rating of 7.2V, an RDS (on) maximum of 8.9mO and a maximum of 5.0A current handling. The AON6792 offers excellent tolerance to both voltage and temperature over a wide range of operating conditions. The device features an integrated gate protection diode, low gate trigger thresholds, and avalanche immunity. The AON6792 is designed for use in high performance power switch, conversion and storage applications in notebook PCs, general purpose and portable systems.
