The AON6884 is an advanced low-power, low-voltage, and low-RDS(on) load switch from Alpha and Omega Semiconductor. The device is a single-channel, N-channel MOSFET based switch designed to operate from either an input voltage supply (VIN) or ground-referenced voltage supply (VINP/VINN). The device features a built-in current limiting function and temperature protection to protect the device from over-current or excessive-temperature conditions. It has a wide input voltage range from 2.6V to 5.5V, and a typical on-state resistance (RDS(on)) of 120mO, providing excellent load current handling capabilities, and a low-power dissipation at the same time. Furthermore, the AON6884 offers excellent ESD protection with a HBM rating of up to 6KV, making it suitable for applications with high levels of EMI/RFI.
