Additional Infomation About Product

SemiconductorThe AON7318 is a power N-channel Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor (MOSFET) manufactured by Alpha & Omega Semiconductor, that is unipolar, rated at 30 volts maximum, with a maximum drain current of up to 50 amps and a maximum power dissipation of 15.5 Watts. It is packaged in a small and low profile DFN 3.3 x 3.3 configuration to offer best-in-class electrical performance. This device provides very low RDS (on) for low power dissipation with wide safety margins without compromising performance. It is designed to efficiently control the power delivery in most DC-DC converters used in high voltage switching converters while helping to reduce EMI due to its low inherent capacitance. The AON7318 offers great thermal performance through increased on-resistance.
