The AOT5B60D part is a 60-V, 0.14-ohm, N-Channel PowerTrench Mosfet manufactured by Alpha & Omega Semiconductor. This component is specifically designed for applications such as Hi-Side Switch, Low-Side Switch, Battery Protection, DC/DC Converter, and OR-ing. The combination of high-efficiency and low-on-resistance makes it suitable for high switching speed, high current load switching applications, with the ability to handle continuous current up to 54A and pulsed currents up to 135A. The device also features a low-capacitance D-S body diode capable of reversing voltages up to -30V for preventing voltage spikes. Furthermore, the IC comes in a standard SOT-227 (TO-220) package, which offers an excellent thermal performance.
