The AOTF7T60P is an Alpha & Omega semiconductor component designed for applications such as power control, signal conditioning, signal switching and interfacing. This component is a monolithic CMOS high-side driver with a built-in low-side LED driver, PWM frequency modulator, gate driver and a gate output for driving the switching element, such as a Mosfet. It has a high-side voltage of up to 60V and a peak current of 10A continuous, allowing it to power higher performance designs. The component can operate from +4.5V to +15V supplies, with low ON resistance and internal rise-fall delays. The component also includes a programmable PWM frequency modulator to control the switching frequency. Additionally, the component features integrated safety features for over-voltage, under-voltage, over-temperature and over-current protection.
