Semiconductor (AOS):The AOTL66610 is an advanced N-MOSFET from Alpha & Omega Semiconductor (AOS). It is part of the company’s AlphaSGT™ series of unipolar transistors, and is a high-power component, designed for a variety of uses including DC-DC conversion, motor control, and telecommunication, among others. The transistor has an impressive 60V drain-source voltage rating and can handle up to 61 amps at 8.3W of power. Additionally, it is manufactured in the TOLLA package for excellent heat-dissipation capabilities.
