The CC6420SO-FG is a Motor Drivers SOIC-8 RoHS manufactured by Cross chip. This chip is designed for driving permanent-magnet DC motors or stepper motors with an integrated motor controller. It has a low-voltage start-up circuitry, a programmable slew rate control, and a 400kHz PWM designed for high-speed motor control applications. The device has two 8-bit analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) that are used for speed measurement and system feedback. The 8-pin SOIC-8 RoHS package provides space savings on printed circuit boards (PCBs) and makes this device ideal for use in robotic and automotive systems.
