The output state is B 1 6 C determined by eight patterns of 3-bit input. The user can chose the B 1 6 C GND 2 5 Vcc logic functions AND, OR, NAND, NOR, XOR, inverter or non-inverting buffer. All inputs can be connected to ground or Vcc as required. 3 4 A Y GND 5 Vcc 2 X2-DFN1410 -6 The device is designed for operation with a power supply range of A 3 4 Y (Top View) 0.8V to 3.6V. B 1 6 C SOT26 2 5 GND Vcc The inputs are tolerant to 3.6V allowing this device to be used in a 3 4 Y A mixed voltage environment. (Top View) X2-DFN1010-6 The device is fully specified for partial power down applications using B 1 6 C ( ) Top View IOFF. The IOFF circuitry disables the output preventing damaging GND 2 5 1 6 Vcc B C current backflow when the device is powered down.
