The AP3301K6TR-G1 is an integrated PWM step-down switching regulator manufactured by Diodes Incorporated. It has an adjustable output voltage ranging from 1.5V to 5.5V and a maximum output current of 3A. The device features a 90° phase shift PWM controller and an integrated high efficiency MOSFET. It is capable of providing an ultra-low drop out voltage, fast transient response, and excellent current regulation. It also includes automatic frequency adaptation that allows the device to optimize the switching frequency relative to the load conditions. The device is housed in a QFN-6 package and is rated for operation over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
