The AP3402KTTR-G1 is a Buck Switching Regulator IC Positive Adjustable 0.6V 1 Output 2A SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 manufactured by Diodes Incorporated. This device is a switching regulator IC which can provide up to 2A of current at a fixed or adjustable output voltage of up to 0.6V. It features an onboard step-down switching conversion circuit, a low output voltage ripple, excellent load and line regulation, low start-up current, thermal protection and short circuit protection. This device is available in a 6-pin SOT-23 or 6-pin TSOT-23 package. It is ideal for applications such as portable equipment, battery-powered equipment, and point-of-load DC/DC conversion.
