Additional Infomation About Product

The BY396 is a rectifying diode made by the German electronics manufacturer Diotec. It is a low-cost, high-performance, planar-glass diode with a large area junction. This diode is specifically designed for general rectification and voltage-clamping applications. It features a low on-state resistance, high reversevoltage and transient peak current capabilities, and a low forward voltage drop. It also has an increased peak-reverse voltage and low capacitance for faster switching. The BY396 can be used for a variety of electrical applications such as DC/DC converters, power supplies, bridge circuits, rectifiers, and voltage clamps.
