Additional Infomation About Product

EG2304 Gate Drive ICs with SOP-8 package is a RoHS compliant device, manufactured by EG. It is designed to drive high current N-Channel MOSFET or IGBT devices in a half bridge configuration. It is an integrated four-channel device which consists of two high and low side pulse width modulation (PWM) drivers, designed to provide up to 2A peak current with low quiescent current. It has a wide input common mode voltage range, supporting up to 40V. It features internally limited peak current protection, temperature-compensated current limit, diagnostics, undervoltage lockout, and reset input. The device is available in RoHS-compliant, SOP-8 package and is ideal for Motor Drive, HID Lighting and Inverter applications.
