The L293DDM with Motor Drivers SOP-20 RoHS manufactured by HGSEMI is an integrated circuit designed to help control motor operation and can be used with a range of microcontrollers. The L293DDM comes in an SOP-20 package and is used for dual-output DC motors and brushed motor applications. Its features include output current up to 600mA, over-current protection, thermal shutdown protection, input pin protection, and a high/low-side driver for each output. The L293DDM is RoHS compliant, making it suitable for both commercial and hobby applications.
