Additional Infomation About Product

The UC2843M/TR-SOP8 is a high performance current-mode pulse width modulation (PWM) integrated circuit with internal oscillator and voltage feedback from HGSEMI. It is designed for use in AC to DC switching power supplies and offers adjustable frequency over a wide range. The device also has internal soft start circuitry to reduce the output inrush current, as well as thermal protection to prevent overheating of the device. The device is RoHS compliant and is suitable for use in consumer and industrial applications.
