The UC2844M/TR is a high speed, high performance AC-DC controllers and regulators ROHS manufactured and produced by HGSEMI. It is an 8-Pin Surface Mount (SOP-8) package device with a power dissipation of 500 mW and a typical of 350 mW. This part has an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, a maximum power supply voltage of 28V and an 8-bit resolution of the output voltage. The UC2844M/TR contains an output control loop with a cycle-by-cycle current limiting, over voltage and short circuit protection for providing stable performance. It features a fast response with excellent transient performance for regulating output voltage from a wide range of AC input sources.
