The MMBT5551 with SOT-23 Bipolar Transistor (BJT) ROHS manufactured by IDCHIP is a NPN transistor with a maximum collector-emitter voltage of 40V and a maximum continuous collector current of 600mA. It is capable of switching up to 500MHz frequencies and has a maximum collector-emitter saturation voltage of 0.2V. It has a thermal resistance junction-to-ambient of 243°C/W and a conventional transistor gain of 800 to 1100. This device has a low noise gain bandwith product of typically 11MHz and a transition frequency of 60MHz. It can function as an amplifier, a switch or a DC gain setter. This device is suitable for use in portable applications requiring high current and low power dissipation such as cellular phones, pagers, and portable instruments. It is also able to handle large input signal levels with its low input bias current and low turn-on time. It is RoHS compliant and is registered with the International rectifier Corporation.
