Additional Infomation About Product

The DPF30I300PA is part of the IXYS Discrete Power Field-Stop IGBT family. It is a 300A / 3000V N-channel Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) with an integrated antiparallel Freewheeling Diode. The device features a field-stop structure for robust switching, an ultra-low VCE(sat) for improved efficiency, and an internal Low VCE(on) auto-restart for short-circuit protection. The DPF30I300PA offers a high current carrying capability, low on-state voltage drop and is ideally suited for applications such as motor control, power factor correction, power supplies and UPS systems.
