The IXDD609CI is an ultra-low on-resistance CMOS, Ultrafast Dual MOSFET Driver from IXYS. This device features an ultrafast switching time with a maximum of 200 ns and an ultra-low Rds(on) of 10 mOhm. It is designed to drive two IGBTs, two MOSFETs, or two SCRs in parallel, up to 250V, and 30 A in peak current.
