It is a two-terminal device constructed from a number of alternating N-type and P-type semiconductor layers. This diode is typically used for AC to DC conversion, surge suppression, and voltage clamping in power circuits. It has a maximum reverse voltage rating of 800V. It has a diameter of 6.3mm, and it is compliant with the RoHS directive.
