The JSM7409B is a P-channel power MOSFET manufactured by JSMSEMI. It features PDFN3x3-8L technology which offers a superior level of power, reliability and operating efficiency. The device is designed to provide high levels of current handling capability in a small package. It has an ON-state resistance of approximately 0.35 milliohms, an operating voltage range from 2.0V to 10V, and an absolute maximum current rating of 17A. The JSM7409B also has enhanced ESD protection, low gate charge and high speed switching. The device is RoHS compliant and is ideal for use in a variety of applications including in high-power switching, high-side switching, load regulation, DC-DC converters, power supplies and DC motor control.
