Additional Infomation About Product

The BC847B Transistor is a low voltage, PNP type, SOT-23 RoHS manufactured by LGE. It has three leads which are the B-C-E lead configuration and is suitable for general purpose amplification and switching applications. This transistor has a collector-emitter voltage (Vce) of 40V, collector current (Ic) of 100mA, collector-emitter saturation voltage (Vceo) of 10V, and 200mA of peak pulse current. It also has a high current gain at low power levels, making it suitable for high frequency operation. The device also features high gain under reverse bias conditions as well as good off-state capability, meaning that it can be used in a variety of conditions and applications. It is also RoHS compliant, ensuring that the product does not contain lead and other metals so that hazardous waste is minimized.
