The BC847B is an NPN transistor in a small surface mount SOT-23-3 package with RoHS standards manufactured by Youtai. It is designed to be used in low-noise, high-gain, general-purpose amplifier applications. Its maximum collector current is 800mA and its maximum collector-emitter voltage is 40V. It has an excellent linearity over temperature and its gain is typically higher than 330 at 5V. It is also very fast switching, with a typical transition time of7psec. Its high fidelity makes it ideal for amplifier, buffer and switching applications.
