The P4KE120CA-B ECU ESD Suppressors/TVS Diode, manufactured by Littelfuse, is an axial lead, surface mount diode which limits high frequency transients and voltage spikes. This device is designed to protect sensitive electronic components from electrical overstress (EOS), electrostatic discharge (ESD), and other electrostatic transient discharges that can occur in highly-populated surface mount designs. It features an operating voltage range up to 120 volts, a fast response time of 500 ns to 1000 ns, and a current rating of 120 A peak pulse. Additionally, it meets the ESD performance requirements of IEC 61000-4-2 (Level 4). The device is suitable for use in many applications such as I/O, DVI, Video, RF and High-speed Interface protection.
