LABThe LP4069B6F is a battery management power management integrated circuit (PMIC) with SOT23-6 RoHS packaging, manufactured by LowPowerLab. This PMIC is designed to provide a complete power supply solution for low power battery-based applications. It includes an extremely low-power nanoPower start-up circuit that switch-optimizes the power supply output to provide the optimal power required by the load. The device operates from a 2.4V to 5.5V input supply and has an integrated buck DC/DC converter and a Low Dropout (LDO) output regulator. The buck regulator features a wide load range of 2.4V to 4.6V with and is capable of supplying up to 500mA of current. The LDO output regulator output voltage range is 0.8V to 5.5V with and a maximum current of 200mA. This PMIC also includes a battery-monitoring comparator circuit used to monitor the battery voltage of a single-cell Li-ion/Li-polymer battery for over- and under-voltage detection as well as over-temperature protection. The PMIC also includes protection against short-circuits, reverse-battery and polarity protection.
