Additional Infomation About Product

The FM4001 is a part of the Lu Guang range from the Chinese manufacturer Odecra. It is a combination of two High Voltage NPN silicon transistors, specifically the FM4001 Power Switching Transistor and the FM4002 NPN Darlington Transistor. The FM4001 can be used as a switching element in many applications such as voltage regulators, motor controllers and solenoid drivers. It has a maximum load current of up to 5.5A and a maximum collector to emitter voltage of 80V, making it suitable for a wide range of high voltage applications. The FM4002 has a VCE of 1000V, making it suitable for usage in some of the higher voltage applications.
