SM5405 is a high performance 8-bit microcontroller, manufactured by Luguang Microcontrollers. It is an enhanced version of the 8051 microcontroller with higher performance, more memory and a variety of additional features. It has a 16-bit RISC core, 16 Kbytes of Flash memory, 6K EEPROM, hardware multiplier and serial port, 5 analog comparators, 4 timers, 3 PWM channels, 1 capture/compare unit, and up to 27 GPIO pins. It also has 4KB of on-chip SRAM, making it capable of storing and executing programs quickly. The SM5405 supports expanded interrupts and can support up to 151 interrupts and 8 nested interrupts. Additionally, it is also compatible with numerous microcontroller programming languages, such as Assembly, C and BASIC.
