MCP9501/2/3/4 Temperature Switch with Selectable Hysteresis Features Description Factory Set Temperature Switch Microchip Technologys MCP9501/2/3/4 family of devices are temperature switches with 1C (typical) Available Temperature Switch Thresholds: accurate factory set output thresholds. These devices -T = -35C,-25C, -15C, -5C, 5C, 15C, SET are ideal for high power supply systems where an 25C, 35C, 45C, 55C, 65C, 75C, 85C, overtemperature protection circuit is needed.
