The NCEP0112AS is a MOSFET N Trench with 100V 12A 2.2V @ 250uA 13 mO @ 12A,10V SOP-8 RoHS package manufactured by NCE Power. This part is a medium voltage, low on-resistance and high current field-effect transistor ideal for general purpose switching applications. It features quick switching characteristics and low input capacitance with a high avalanche voltage withstand capability. It has an ideal operational temperature range of -55 to 150°C and a total gate charge of 50nC, making it suitable for use in high speed applications. Additionally, it can be used as a power switch in automotive environments and is RoHS compliant for safe environmental disposal.
