The NCEP0178A with MOSFET N Trench is a discrete semiconductor component manufactured by NCE Power. It is a 100V voltage rated transistor with a maximum drain current of 78A at 2.2V (Tc) and a maximum source-drain voltage of 10V. It also has an on-state resistance of 8.5 mO at 39A, with an ESD resistance of 2kV and a C-R junction capacitance of 15pF. This component is commonly used in various power-management applications such as power factories, industrial-grade applications, and more. It comes in a standard TO-220-3L package, and is RoHS compliant.
