The FDB8832 with N-Channel 30 V 34A (Ta), 80A (Tc) 300W (Tc) Surface Mount D²PAK (TO-263) is a power MOSFET manufactured by ON Semiconductor. This MOSFET is designed for use as a general-purpose switch or as an electronic level control device, and it has a low on-resistance and fast switching time. It features excellent thermal performance, providing a high maximum power dissipation of 300W (Tc) and a maximum dV/dt of 500V/µs. It is housed in a compact TO-263 (D²PAK) surface mount package that has a low profile design and takes up less board space. The FDB8832 is suitable for applications such as DC/DC converters, motor control, and UPS systems.
