FDS6680 is a N-channel power MOSFET from ON Semiconductor's FDS66xx series. It features a low on-state resistance of 4.9 mO, low gate charge for fast switching speeds and high surge current capabilities. With a continuous drain current of 10A and a drain-source voltage rating of 60V, FDS6680 is ideally suited for DC motor control applications in consumer products and automotive electronics. It is available in the standard SOT-223 package, making it a cost-effective choice for space-constrained applications.
