It is designed for high-power applications and features an 800V rating, fast switching and low on-resistance. The FQP8N80C offers gate protection against intrusions and power-on surges and has a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. It also has low gate charge and high efficiency for improved power management in applications such as switching power supplies, dc-dc converters and motor controls.
