The R5F2136CCNFAV0 is a low power, 16-bit CMOS microcontroller from Renesas. It features a range of peripherals, including LCD, I2C, A/D converter, PWM, and USB, and runs at either 16 or 32 MHz with an internal clock frequency of up to 32 MHz, consuming only 2.8mA/MHz in active mode. The device has 8K bytes of Flash, 256 bytes of Data Flash, 1.5K bytes of SRAM and a range of on-chip interfaces. It is also optimized for low power requirements, and is capable of operation down to 1.8V.
